🎄Some Of The Best Things About The Holidays🎄

Hey guys! So this whole week I’ve been trying to think of something to blog about, and I’ve totally ran out of ideas!! So I’m gonna try to get some content out tonight ( this morning basically ) and share with you some of the best part about the holidays!

1- Catching up on sleep

After a long semester, it feels so great to just take a step back, breath, and realize that you don’t have any homework or studying to do! Last night I seriously opened up my binder and then realized I had no reason to hahaha! I think that sometimes sleep is soooo underestimated, and it plays a huge role in our health. So make sure to take some extra time to get in all those naps you’ve missed out on the past five months!

2- Yummy food

Honestly during holiday season, I totally throw out my diet and I don’t feel bad about it at all. I wanna be happy on the holidays, and it wouldn’t make me very happy to be eating a salad while everyone else is having cookies and other delicious treats. If you’re eating a little bit crazy like me right now, my advice is to just keep up your water intake and drink about a gallon a day! This will help your system flush out and stay someone detoxed!

3- Giving

One of my favorite parts about Christmas is giving gifts! ( or cards because I’m a sixteen year old without a job ) I love making cute cards for people! The other day at work, some of the fourth graders I work with all made me Christmas cards and it made my heart so happy! Often times, cards mean more than any material gift you could give! And hey, it’s free😉😂 I love giving gifts, it’s just a great way to thank the important people in your life for being so amazing! It also makes me feel so good on the inside, and I hope you feel the same.

4- Family time

Today I got to spend the day with my family at a nice lunch out and a play. It was so much fun to just go out to eat and laugh with them! We also got some ice cream so I was extra happy about that since I’m an ice cream fanatic! Usually during the school year we all get busy with schoolwork, sports, and our social lives, so we don’t get to see our families hardly at all! Make sure to spend the holidays laughing and having fun with them a little extra than usual! You’ll always remember great moments with your family!

I hope y’all have a very Merry Christmas! And hey always remember that God is the reason for the season 😉 blessings and prayers always- Cami
